Ben & Dash
Ben is really starting to love Dash, and I have to admit I think he is starting to grow on me too. We took him to get groomed the other day because he needed his nails trimmed and I don't know how to do it. The groomer asked if we wanted him to have a summer cut, and with summer being just around the corner I said sure. When I went back for him later there was this goofy looking thing waiting for me. I didn't think it was even my dog. It looked like a four year old was turned loose with the scissors. Take a look at our poor pathetic looking pooch.
Spring Recital
Today was Ben's spring piano recital, and he did great. He played a song called Lightly Row. It is really neet to see all the kids in his group progress. Everyone is getting better. It is also neet to see the little ones come in and preform their ready hand, and remember how far Ben has come. Take a look at Lightly Row. I have also included some still photos of Ben at the piano, and Ben with his teacher, Ms. Kendra.

Greetings!
I have some new video for you! Today we went to a birthday party and Ben had a lot of fun, and when we were driving home he bit into a piece of candy that was really sticky that he got from the goody bag and now his tooth is really wiggly. It won't be long now!!!
I have included a video if Ben practicing for his recital. He is going to play Lightly Row. It sound pretty good. For some reason there is a lot of static, and I could not get it to go away.
Love you.

Lots of Video
Hey Pop,
I have several videos for you to see. I went over to see Ash last night and got some good ones. This first one is of Ash watching the band REM sing a famous song Shiny Happy People. They were on Sesame Street and instead sang Shiny Happy Monsters, and Ash really loved this little tune...as you can see.
These next two are of Ash with my phone. She wanted to talk to you. You had just called and got to talk to her and she wanted to talk to you again. If you listen Marshall is still on the phone with you in the back ground. She also tells you what the cows and pig say. It is pretty cute.
This video is another one of her on the phone. Here she is looking for Hankie the rubbie blankie.
This video is of Ash dancing to a new song that has been on the radio it is called Shorty got low, and a line in the song says Shorty got low, low, low. This is what Ash is saying...low, low, low
Take care Dad! We all love you!

Child Labor
The presents of child labor laws are making our children soft! Gone are the days a parent could send little ones down into the mine at age five, or off to the sweat shops to do labor others were to big or to lazy to do. Here is the problem I face as I set out to plant a garden with my child. This garden was his idea, and he pleaded his case for days. “Mom I will help…can we PPPLLLEEEAAASSEEE plant a garden.” Now I have know this child since I birthed him and I can tell you right now, I smell trouble. So, I caved in and we set out to ready the yard and plant our fabulous garden. First we need to go to the hardware store and buy some supplies. While we are there Ben finds a shovel that is his size and must have it, and of course I am a push over and buy it. We head home both excited to start our project. Ben takes one shovel full of dirt and starts wining “this is too hard” “can we take a break” I can see how this day is going to go. This is going to be a long day I think. Fast forward to the end of the day and we find mom alone in the would be garden, and has been alone for some time. As I finish up the clearing away of the last piece of grass, my darling child comes around the corner and exclaims what a wonder job WE did. That was enough for one day!
Here are some photos I took in the time Ben was helping!
Also, here is a video Ben did the other day for you
Love you!

Fun at the Zoo!
Today me and Ben went with some friends to the Fresno Zoo, and we had a blast! It was a fun day. Here are two slide shows and some video of the day.
Enjoy!
Here are two slide shows.
We also went to see the Bat-Ray Bay, and Ben was very unsure about touching them.
They are jumping out of the water!
Later after we got home Ben wanted to make a video for you dad to show you all the cool suff he got from the zoo.
Enjoy!

Fun at Moms
Hey Pop,
This evening we went over and visited with mom, and Lynda and crew came too. I got some cute video of the "little bugger." This was the night you called and we were asking you about names. I still like Braden, but I think they are going to go with Austin or Colton.
Take care, and I love you!
