This was Christmas Chaos! At about 1:30 min into this video Ben sees Kody open a Ben 10 watch, something he too wanted, and would revieve Christmas morning. The shock and sadness on his face is super sad.

In this section of the Exploratorium it addressed phobias and superstitions. Here was a toilet that had clean water coming out of it, and had never been used. The question was…would you drink out of it? Kody did.

The Ear Piercing

Hey Dad,
Ashlyn has reached a milestone in her little life. She got pierced ears. She had been asking for them for a while now, and Marshall finally gave in. Lynda and I took her to the mall for this very exciting event. Poor little Ash was really excited when we left the house, and grew more apprehensive as she sat in the chair.

You would have appreciated this sight. There were thousands of pollywogs that were almost frogs. We could see there back legs. Ben hated them, but they were pretty cool.

Rio

We arrived in Las Vegas last night after a LONG, LONG drive. We are staying at the Rio, and our room is really nice. It is a small suite. After getting settled in we went up and had dinner at the Voodoo Cafe. It was a great meal, and had a wonderful view. It was 50 stories up so we had a great view of the strip. There was an outside lounge, and we got to wonder around up there for a while. It was so windy up there I could not believe it, but it was a really pretty view. Here are some pictures of Steve and I up on that balcony. You can tell it is just the two of us because all of our photos are of us singly, and there are none of us together.

The Bass Pro

Dad,
By now I am sure you have heard that there is a new Bass Pro shop opening in Manteca. Marshall is very excited about this new store, as I am sure you are too. Because of the importance to both you and Marshall of this new store, I thought as I drove by the construction site, and I would stop and take some photos for you, so that you can see how the construction coming along. After exiting the freeway I turned, and the store is located along a long frontage road. As I approached the site I noticed that the gate is open, and the word trespassing did cross my mind, but I went in anyway. I got some great shots of the store which are posted below. As I drove around to the back of the store I notice a very large security camera kiosk that was provide by Manteca police department. I also notice a black SUV quickly coming my way, so I turned around fast and stepped on it.
As I get back on the frontage road I notice this SUV is not just out for a drive, but after me. As you remember from my youth I am capable of swift, speedy driving. As I approached the intersection/overpass I could see my freeway entrance. At that moment I could also see Manteca police coming with lights flashing. I think they were coming for me. I catch a glimpse of the man in the SUV and he is a construction worker pointing at me. The freeway entrance is a short jot to the left, and as luck does follow the Irish, there was a small break in the traffic, so I got out of the Manteca police’s way…really fast. The SUV guy could not get through the traffic, and I went on my marry way.
I guess it is better to beg for forgiveness, than to ask for permission!
